You will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and delivering technical solutions while coordinating cross-functional teams. The position combines hands-on project execution with strategic concept development.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute small to mid-sized investment projects affecting production and business outcomes
Develop technical concepts and support decision-making by evaluating different solution approaches
Perform process engineering calculations and contribute to plant optimization initiatives
Conduct feasibility studies for new installations and modifications of existing facilities, including cost estimation and scheduling
Support production changes and product introduction activities from planning through implementation
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth and timely project execution
Manage project budgets, timelines, and technical deliverables
Drive process improvements and implement optimized workflows
Ensure effective collaboration across departments and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
Candidate Profile
Degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, biotechnology, chemical engineering, or a related field
Strong experience in engineering project execution within an industrial environment
Solid understanding of process engineering and production systems
Ability to work independently in a structured and solution-oriented manner
Strong communication skills in English and German, both written and spoken
Innovative mindset with the ability to develop and assess technical solutions
Experience working in cross-functional and matrix organizations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High level of motivation and ownership
