In this role, you will coordinate and monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of materials and project packages. You will act as a key link between suppliers, internal teams, and third parties to keep procurement activities on track.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain and update material and package tracking systems within the Project Procurement Plan

  • Monitor and ensure on-time delivery performance in line with defined KPIs

  • Collect and distribute supplier monthly progress reports to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner

  • Follow up with suppliers on delayed or missing reports

  • Coordinate with external partners to support expediting activities when required

  • Prepare and share weekly expediting action plans with internal stakeholders

  • Assist order management with the handling and processing of expediting-related invoices

  • Prepare internal reports and provide data insights for tracking and performance monitoring

 

Candidate Profile

 

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills

  • Clear and effective communication abilities

  • Proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience in data analysis and reporting

  • Ability to quickly understand new systems and processes

  • Fluent in English

  • Previous experience in CAPEX projects is an advantage

  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously

  • Willingness to work both on-site and in an office environment
