In this role, you will drive commercial activities and support the market expansion of pharmaceutical products within the Swiss market, with a strong focus on generics. You will combine field-based execution, stakeholder engagement, commercial coordination, forecasting, and launch support activities in a highly operational and hands-on environment. The position requires direct experience within the Swiss generics pharmaceutical market, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to manage relationships with key healthcare and distribution stakeholders across Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with hospitals, hospital pharmacies, wholesalers, distribution partners, pharmacies, healthcare professionals, and relevant stakeholders across Switzerland

  • Support the commercial development and market expansion of generic pharmaceutical products within the Swiss market

  • Conduct commercial discussions and negotiations related to distribution agreements, pricing conditions, rebate structures, supply conditions, and commercial partnerships

  • Support product launch and commercialization activities including stakeholder engagement, commercial readiness activities, market follow-up, and launch coordination

  • Contribute to market analysis, sales forecasting, and commercial follow-up activities based on market dynamics, competitive landscape, product positioning, and business opportunities

  • Maintain structured reporting and CRM follow-up to support commercial activities and ongoing client projects

  • Prepare commercial presentations, business updates, forecasts, and market overviews for internal and external stakeholders

  • Represent the organization and its partners during meetings, field visits, industry interactions, and selected events across Switzerland

  • Provide structured market feedback and field insights to support operational and commercial decision-making

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related discipline

  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience within the Swiss pharmaceutical industry

  • Mandatory hands-on experience with generic pharmaceutical products within the Swiss market

  • Proven experience interacting and negotiating with hospitals, hospital pharmacies, wholesalers, distribution partners, and healthcare stakeholders in Switzerland

  • Strong understanding of Swiss pharmaceutical distribution channels, hospital procurement environments, and the commercial dynamics of generic pharmaceutical products

  • Good knowledge of Swiss pharmaceutical compliance requirements related to commercial activities and stakeholder interactions

  • Demonstrated experience in commercial activities, account management, sales forecasting, market analysis, CRM systems, and structured reporting

  • Experience supporting product launch or commercialization activities within Switzerland is considered a strong asset

  • Exposure to marketing or go-to-market activities is advantageous

  • Scientific background combined with commercial exposure is beneficial

  • Established network within the Swiss healthcare ecosystem is considered an advantage

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership, structure, and organization

  • Fluent in German and French with professional English skills

  • Italian language skills are considered an advantage
