Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as wholesalers, hospitals, healthcare professionals, and commercial partners
  • Lead and support commercial discussions including pricing, contract terms, and partnership agreements
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities within the Swiss pharmaceutical landscape
  • Build and maintain accurate sales forecasts based on market insights and product performance
  • Support the introduction and market positioning of pharmaceutical products, including launch preparation and execution
  • Identify growth opportunities for both existing and new products within assigned accounts
  • Ensure consistent and structured documentation of activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Engage regularly with key accounts to strengthen partnerships and drive long-term business development
  • Represent the organization in external meetings, industry events, and interactions with relevant stakeholders
  • Provide insights and feedback from the field to support internal strategy and decision-making

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related discipline
  • Several years of experience in the Swiss pharmaceutical market, ideally within generics
  • Proven track record in key account management and commercial negotiations
  • Strong understanding of the Swiss healthcare system and distribution channels
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into business actions
  • Experience working with CRM tools and managing customer data in a structured manner
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven and able to manage responsibilities independently in a dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English, French, and German
