Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute small to medium-scale investment projects affecting production and business outcomes
Perform process engineering calculations and optimize plant operations
Conduct feasibility studies for new plants or modifications to existing facilities including cost, schedule, and functionality analysis
Support production changes and product launches from planning through execution
Develop technical concepts, evaluating pros and cons of different solutions
Organize and procure internal and external resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and professionally
Optimize process flows and implement practical solutions while transferring know-how

Candidate Profile

Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred, in mechanical, process, chemical, or bioengineering
Ability to apply professional knowledge to day-to-day engineering and project challenges
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Highly independent, structured, and solution-focused
Fluent in English; German proficiency advantageous
Innovative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Leadership experience in a matrix organization
Motivated and capable of handling complex technical contexts
