In this role, you will drive the development and implementation of marketing capability frameworks across international markets. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and external partners to strengthen marketing excellence and enable data-driven capability building. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational support in shaping and executing the international marketing excellence agenda

  • Contribute to the design and rollout of a global marketing capability framework in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Develop and implement structured, data-driven approaches to assess marketing capabilities across key international markets

  • Support the coordination and execution of capability assessments across multiple regions

  • Build and maintain an overview of existing training programs and capability development initiatives

  • Assist in mapping and engaging key internal stakeholders relevant to marketing excellence initiatives

  • Collaborate with external agencies to develop frameworks, tools, and assessment methodologies

  • Ensure effective coordination with local teams, HR, and external partners to deliver projects on time and with high quality

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in marketing, commercial roles, or omnichannel environments
  • Background in brand strategy, product launches, or organizational development initiatives
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects in an international or matrix environment
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
  • Solid project and change management experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including interaction with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-regional environments
