In this role, you will lead and coordinate indirect procurement activities in the context of company carve-outs and divestments. You will ensure continuity of supply, manage strategic suppliers, and drive cost and process optimization across key indirect categories. Acting as a central interface to cross-functional stakeholders, you will help secure a smooth separation and post-transition setup.

Key Responsbilities 

  • Support procurement workstreams throughout carve-out and divestment projects including due diligence, transition planning and execution
  • Ensure continuity of systems, services and supplier relationships during separation and post-close phases
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and service partners
  • Lead contract negotiations and oversee supplier performance management
  • Drive strategic sourcing initiatives across indirect categories based on cost, quality and reliability criteria
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
  • Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle ensuring compliance with internal governance and legal standards
  • Identify and implement cost-saving and value-enhancing measures across indirect spend areas
  • Assess and mitigate supplier, contractual and compliance-related risks
  • Collaborate closely with IT, Automation, Quality, Finance, Legal and other internal stakeholders
  • Develop procurement KPIs, dashboards and performance reports with data-driven recommendations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement policies, tools and best practices

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology or a related discipline
  • Advanced degree or professional certification such as CPSM or CIPS is an advantage
  • 7–10 years of experience in indirect procurement with solid exposure to carve-out and divestment projects
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, supplier governance and contract management
  • Hands-on experience managing procurement activities during business separations
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with analytical and structured thinking
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities
  • Ability to operate effectively in dynamic and fast-changing environments
  • Proficiency in procurement systems, ERP tools and MS Office applications
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Resilient and adaptable when working under pressure
