Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical experts, and other stakeholders across Switzerland

  • Deliver high-quality scientific and business communications aligned with approved messaging and communication plans

  • Organize and support local medical and commercial events, including seminars, presentations, and discussions with healthcare professionals

  • Represent the organization at relevant local, regional, and international congresses and symposiums, engaging with stakeholders and promoting knowledge exchange

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pre-launch and launch activities for new products

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with professional societies, healthcare authorities, and patient organizations

  • Provide insights and feedback from the field to inform regional strategies and tactical plans

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest therapeutic trends, clinical data, and regulatory developments to ensure knowledge remains current

  • Advise internal teams on medical, scientific, and market-related matters, including compliance considerations

  • Uphold professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions, fostering trust and credibility with stakeholders

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management, key account management, or a similar role within the Swiss healthcare sector

  • Strong understanding of the national healthcare system, regulatory environment, and decision-making processes

  • Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with KOLs, healthcare authorities, and professional societies

  • Proficient in modern IT tools and office software

  • Proactive, structured, and innovative work approach with the ability to operate independently

  • Results-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrates high ethical standards, trustworthiness, and professionalism

  • Capable of working collaboratively within cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders

  • Possesses a high level of social awareness, adaptability, and motivation to contribute to an international organization

  • Languages: Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage
