Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of small to mid-sized capital projects affecting production and business outcomes
Perform process engineering calculations and identify opportunities for plant and process improvements
Conduct feasibility assessments for new installations or modifications of existing facilities including cost and schedule estimates
Support production changes and the introduction of new products
Develop and compare technical concepts highlighting benefits and limitations of each option
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure efficient and timely project delivery
Improve process workflows and support the transfer of technical know-how into operations

Candidate Profile

Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree with a preference for a Master’s in mechanical engineering, process engineering, biotechnology, or chemical engineering
Ability to apply technical expertise effectively in daily project work
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Independent, well-structured, and highly organized working style
Fluent in English and German
Creative and innovative mindset with a strong focus on solutions
Proven leadership capability within matrix organizations
High level of motivation and strong understanding of complex technical interdependencies
