In this role, you will guide and execute the global Total Rewards strategy for the CHI organization, partnering closely with HR leaders to shape competitive and compliant compensation frameworks. You will advise senior stakeholders, lead key compensation cycles, and support global initiatives including pay transparency and organizational change. Your expertise will help ensure rewards are aligned with business needs and talent priorities.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Oversee and implement the global CHI Total Rewards strategy for more than 3,500 employees in partnership with HR Heads and HRBPs
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR leadership and business stakeholders, applying global TR governance while tailoring reward solutions to local needs
  • Develop communication materials, guidance and training resources to support new and existing Total Rewards programs and reinforce a performance-driven culture
  • Act as subject matter expert on pay transparency and drive related initiatives
  • Support compensation topics in mergers, acquisitions and organizational transitions, ensuring alignment with global frameworks
  • Champion all reward-related policies and practices and recommend solutions to attract, motivate and retain talent
  • Lead annual compensation cycles, salary benchmarking, pay structure development and job grading activities
  • Ensure adherence to region-specific compensation regulations and practices
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred (HR, Economics, Business, Finance or similar)
  • 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Benefits or HR, ideally gained across consulting and multinational environments
  • Demonstrated background in global reward programs, HR systems and complex project delivery
  • Experience working within large matrix organizations and fast-growing international companies
