In this role, you will drive the execution of strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen the visibility and growth of an integrated biologics portfolio. You will create impactful content, develop targeted campaigns, and support commercial teams with effective tools and materials, working cross-functionally, you help translate business goals into concrete marketing actions.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Drive implementation of go-to-market plans to support the growth of the integrated biologics portfolio
  • Create targeted omnichannel campaigns tailored to key customer segments to build awareness, generate demand, and nurture communities
  • Develop compelling content and marketing assets supported by data-driven insights and strong storytelling
  • Contribute to website enhancements, event-related content, and other brand-aligned marketing deliverables
  • Work with global marketing counterparts to ensure seamless campaign rollout and utilize specialized expertise where needed
  • Develop and update sales enablement materials such as presentations and value-driven collateral
  • Support the creation of training resources and tools for commercial teams
  • Contribute to areas such as segmentation, value proposition refinement, or offer development depending on profile

Candidate Profile 

  • Five to ten years of marketing experience in a regulated industry, ideally with exposure to contract development and manufacturing environments
  • Strong writing and content development abilities with high attention to detail
  • Experience in managing projects and coordinating multiple initiatives independently
  • Ability to work across functions and collaborate effectively
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AI-driven tools
  • Excellent command of English with strong written communication skills
  • Master’s degree in Marketing or Life Sciences preferred
