Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with KOLs and medical experts in nephrology across French as well as German speaking regions of Switzerland
Plan and deliver high-quality scientific presentations and communications in line with defined plans
Support and organize local medical events and stakeholder meetings
Provide scientific advice and insights to support local and regional commercial strategies
Represent the company at relevant congresses, symposia, and external forums
Engage with medical societies, health authorities, and patient organizations
Monitor trends in nephrology and maintain up-to-date scientific knowledge
Ensure professional, peer-to-peer communication with healthcare professionals

Candidate Profile

2-3 years experience in Swiss nephrology, with knowledge of key HCPs and networks
Experience with product launches, pre-launch planning, and strategy execution
In-depth understanding of the Swiss healthcare system, including regulatory, legal, and compliance aspects
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with KOLs and authorities
Fluent in French, German, and preferrably English
Proficient in modern IT and office software
Proactive, structured, and innovative working style
Self-reliant, target-oriented, and results-driven
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high empathy
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively
