Key Responsibilities

Create and update automation-related specifications and documentation
Conduct offline and online coding, testing, and peer reviews
Lead the design, development, and execution of Automation Change Records (ACRs) and related quality documentation
Act as the automation lead for unit operations, facilitating issue resolution and change deployment on complex projects
Evaluate proposed process modifications and address discrepancies during manufacturing activities
Troubleshoot equipment, process, and system malfunctions or failures
Contribute to the development of automation policies and standards at the site
Drive innovation by implementing new automation approaches to enhance quality and efficiency

Candidate Profile

Proven experience in automation engineering or related fields, preferably within manufacturing or process industries
Strong knowledge of automation systems, control software, and validation processes
Ability to develop technical specifications and documentation
Skilled in troubleshooting complex automation issues and implementing corrective actions
Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives
