In this role, you will act as a key scientific partner within the French-speaking region of Switzerland, engaging closely with clinical experts and medical stakeholders. You will share up-to-date scientific insights, support medical initiatives and contribute to shaping local medical strategy. Your work will help ensure optimal scientific exchange and strengthen the presence of an innovative therapy in rare disease care. The position is field-based with a strong focus on stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and maintain scientific relationships with clinical experts and other medical stakeholders in the French-speaking region of Switzerland
  • Deliver high-quality scientific communication according to defined plans
  • Support and coordinate scientific advisory boards with key stakeholders
  • Provide support for local clinical activities when required
  • Attend relevant national and international congresses and symposia to represent the medical function
  • Represent scientific perspectives in internal and external meetings, including interactions with hospitals, patient groups and non-governmental organizations
  • Build and maintain relationships with scientific societies and decision makers at local health authorities
  • Offer guidance to the organization on medical matters and associated legal or compliance implications
  • Stay current on therapeutic trends and maintain deep scientific understanding of the therapeutic area
  • Ensure a strong peer-to-peer scientific exchange with experts across the region

  • University degree in a medical, scientific or related field meeting Swiss requirements
  • Experience with new product introductions, including pre-launch and launch activities
  • Solid understanding of the Swiss healthcare landscape and decision-making processes
  • Ability to engage and build networks with experts at a national level
  • Knowledge of regulatory, safety, legal and compliance frameworks in Switzerland
  • Experience interacting with authorities and scientific institutions
  • Fluent in French, very strong German skills, and professional English proficiency
  • Strong command of standard IT and office software
  • Proactive mindset with structured, solution-oriented work approach
