In this role, you will shape and deliver the digital and SAP-based manufacturing execution processes that enable efficient, compliant, and integrated operations across the organization. You ensure that business needs, system architecture, and regulatory requirements come together in a cohesive, scalable solution design. You collaborate closely with technical experts, process owners, and cross-functional teams to drive standardization and continuous improvement. Your work will be essential in transforming data and digital capabilities into actionable value for manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop SAP S4 HANA processes for manufacturing execution, ensuring integration with production planning, MES, line management systems, PI Historian, ATTP, Finance, Quality and other functions

  • Ensure that the solution design aligns with business needs, user requirements, architectural principles, regulatory frameworks and supports both deployment and operational performance

  • Work closely with IT experts and related work packages to secure cohesive and scalable end-to-end solutions, applying a continuous improvement mindset

  • Prepare and lead fit-gap workshops, identify key dependencies and integration points, recommend approaches to close gaps and align effort estimations with business teams

  • Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines, budgets and quality expectations

  • Oversee peer reviews, documentation and functional sign-offs from global process owners and other business representatives

  • Ensure solution testing is executed thoroughly and meets defined quality standards

  • Promote standardization by minimizing customizations and applying structured design and development practices

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external policies and security standards including regulated industry frameworks

  • Collaborate closely with functional teams, adoption groups and country representatives, integrating feedback from operational units into solution design

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum three years of experience in manufacturing execution, production planning, MES or a related area
  • Experience in pharmaceutical production such as drug substance manufacturing or packaging
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficient presentation capabilities and experience conducting workshops and trainings
  • Strong SAP expertise
  • Fluent English skills in both written and spoken form; additional languages beneficial
    Six Sigma knowledge highly valued
  • Project management experience desirable
  • Strong understanding of GMP regulations
