Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver creative execution of international congress experiences across assigned brands and initiatives, ensuring alignment with creative and design strategy
  • Translate strategic concepts into actionable plans, managing timelines, budgets, and workflows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain design and creative quality standards across all deliverables
  • Supervise content and material approvals in line with internal and external compliance requirements
  • Stay ahead of trends in experiential marketing, sustainability, and digital innovation to enhance event impact
  • Continuously benchmark against industry best practices to elevate the overall experience
  • Encourage team alignment and collaboration across different functions and partners

Candidate Profile

  • 5–8 years of experience in experiential marketing, agency, or exhibition project management; experience in healthcare or related industries is an advantage
  • Proven record of managing complex multi-stakeholder projects from concept through execution
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows, event production, and experiential design principles
  • Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven by creative excellence
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks in regulated industries is beneficial
  • Curious, collaborative mindset with a passion for shaping how science is experienced through creativity
