Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement manufacturing and process systems to improve operational efficiency
  • Oversee process improvement projects, ensuring safe and effective process execution
  • Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Develop and prototype new process solutions, testing and refining as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment with product development goals
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Support cost reduction initiatives and sustainability efforts within manufacturing processes

Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in process engineering or related fields
  • Strong understanding of process design, optimization, and manufacturing systems
  • Proficiency in developing and testing process prototypes
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards related to manufacturing
