Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and product quality

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in process engineering within a manufacturing or biotech environment
  • Strong understanding of process design, equipment, and manufacturing workflows
  • Ability to analyze complex processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Skilled in project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Knowledge of safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

  • Proficiency with process simulation tools and data analysis software
