In this position, you will oversee sales activities within the Zurich region, building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. You will develop and implement sales strategies, conduct product presentations, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to identify opportunities and maintain detailed records to support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales process from lead identification to closing deals, ensuring excellent customer experience
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with regional targets
  • Create and deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals
  • Build and sustain long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and documentation in a timely manner
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Identify and pursue new potential clients to expand market reach
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
  • Stay informed about industry developments, product innovations, and relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of excellent post-sales support

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of sales experience within the aesthetic, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors
  • Capability to interpret complex medical and technical information and communicate it clearly
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German or other European languages is advantageous
