Key Responsibilities

Lead the rollout of new SAP functionality and maintain associated change management documentation
Update manufacturing documentation such as SOPs and batch records to reflect changes
Act as functional lead for production personnel, supervisors, and specialists overseeing assigned initiatives
Develop training materials for manufacturing personnel, plant logistics, and related areas
Guide and support activities for clinical and/or commercial manufacturing in defined DSP areas (e.g., capture, intermediate purification, polishing, or drug substance filling)

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related Life Sciences field
Substantial experience in Downstream Processing or Bioconjugates/Mammalian production within biotech/biopharma, including chromatography and filtration techniques
Practical SAP experience with a focus on logistics
Strong GMP knowledge and experience
Proven project management skills with proven success in rolling out initiatives
Solid understanding of production logistics and MES end-user experience
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and/or German
Ability to create and support training documentation
Highly collaborative with a strong team orientation, ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across departments
