Key Responsibilities

  • Review, monitor, and provide input on contracts and agreements with partners and stakeholders domestically and internationally
  • Support contract negotiations alongside management
  • Oversee order processing and distribution related to marketed medicinal products, liaising with warehouses, clients, pharmacies, wholesalers, and couriers
  • Track and manage logistics documentation such as invoices, delivery notes, and packing lists
  • Conduct research to identify and select external vendors, including those in pharmacovigilance and logistics
  • Lead vendor selection and contracting processes in collaboration with management
  • Develop and maintain company-specific documentation, ensuring proper organization of both physical and digital records
  • Prepare presentation materials for management meetings with banks, partners, and stakeholders
  • Contribute to corporate communication, including managing LinkedIn presence, in alignment with management directives
  • Assist with administrative functions such as client invoicing, coordination with accounting providers, and HR-related tasks like expense reimbursements and leave tracking
  • Coordinate schedules, organize meetings, and ensure alignment of priorities with management
  • Handle general office management duties, including supplies and service coordination

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in operations, contract management, or related roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to negotiate and liaise effectively with external vendors and partners
  • Proficiency in documentation management and familiarity with administrative processes
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of logistics, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors is a plus
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
