Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support daily administrative tasks for the management team
  • Coordinate schedules, organize meetings, and facilitate internal and external communications
  • Assist with HR activities, including onboarding, preparing employment contracts, and maintaining employee records
  • Oversee office management duties such as ordering supplies, managing facilities, and liaising with service providers
  • Support basic accounting functions like invoice processing and expense tracking
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records and filing systems
  • Provide logistical assistance for medicinal product distribution, liaising with pharmacies, wholesalers, and couriers as needed

Candidate Profile

  • Completed commercial or administrative training or a related degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital tools
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Languages: English (fluent), French (fluent)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, especially related to product logistics or GDP standards
  • Knowledge of Swiss HR practices
  • Additional languages are a plus
