In this role, you'll serve as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and managers. You will handle end-to-end HR service requests, provide expert advice, and support HR processes with a proactive and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for HR-related questions from employees and managers, managing requests from initiation to resolution with tracking and follow-up
  • Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing queries promptly and striving to exceed expectations
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of business operations and key contacts to provide relevant support and advice
  • Assist with HR calendar events such as performance reviews, bonus evaluations, and other HR initiatives
  • Utilize multiple HR and payroll systems to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to improve processes; recommend new HR technology solutions for operational enhancements.
  • Monitor and report on key HR service metrics to ensure quality standards are met
  • Initiate and support changes within HR systems according to established processes
  • Offer proactive guidance to HR Business Partners and line managers on HR procedures and best practices
  • Contribute to local HR projects and initiatives impacting employee services
  • Maintain awareness of the roles and responsibilities of other HR teams and functions
  • Stay updated on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency
  • Promote the use of case management tools within HR, acting as a subject matter expert
  • Work within defined SLAs, always aiming to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Provide guidance on a broad range of HR processes and participate in ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Perform additional duties to support HR operations and continuous improvement

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified in HR (e.g., HR Specialist, Personnel Officer) or hold a university degree 
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a proactive work style
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and resilience in managing multiple priorities
  • Experienced in working within diverse, multicultural environments
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR administration or shared services
  • Fluent in German and Business English
