Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical experts, and other stakeholders in the nephrology landscape within Switzerland
  • Deliver high-quality scientific communications aligned with approved messaging and communication plans
  • Organize and support local medical events, including seminars, presentations, and discussions with healthcare professionals
  • Represent the organization at relevant local, regional, and international congresses and symposiums, engaging with stakeholders and promoting scientific exchange
  • Collaborate with the medical team to support pre-launch and launch activities for new products
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with professional societies, healthcare authorities, and patient organizations
  • Provide insights and feedback from the field to inform regional strategies and tactical plans
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest therapeutic trends, clinical data, and regulatory developments to ensure scientific knowledge remains current
  • Advise internal teams on medical and scientific matters, including legal and compliance considerations
  • Uphold professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions, fostering trust and credibility with stakeholders

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working within the Swiss nephrology treatment landscape, with established networks among key healthcare professionals
  • Experience in product launches, pre-launch planning, and strategic execution
  • Strong understanding of the national healthcare system, regulatory environment, and decision-making processes
  • Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with KOLs, healthcare authorities, and professional societies
  • Proficient in modern IT tools and office software
  • Pro-active, structured, and innovative work approach with the ability to operate independently
  • Results-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates high ethical standards, trustworthiness, and professionalism
  • Capable of working collaboratively within cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Possesses a high level of social awareness, adaptability, and motivation to contribute to an international organization
  • Languages: Fluency in German and English, French is a plus
