This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead financial and operational planning within a dynamic marketing team, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and project execution. You will be responsible for managing the financial and operational aspects of the internal marketing production team. You will oversee budget planning, performance tracking, and reporting, while coordinating various marketing projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong analytical skills, and can communicate complex data effectively to stakeholders. This role requires collaboration across departments to ensure efficient project execution and impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the team’s budget, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets
  • Monitor financial performance, report variances, and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with finance and other teams for accurate financial reporting and forecasting
  • Produce and analyze performance reports on team activities, project progress, and budget usage
  • Create engaging presentations using Power BI and PowerPoint for leadership and stakeholders
  • Identify insights, trends, and opportunities through data analysis
  • Prepare and deliver clear presentations to senior management, summarizing key findings and recommendations
  • Communicate complex financial and operational information effectively to non-financial audiences
  • Coordinate multiple marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
  • Define project goals, requirements, and success criteria in collaboration with team members and other departments
  • Apply project management best practices to improve process efficiency and effectiveness

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial oversight, preferably within a marketing or production environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Power BI and advanced PowerPoint capabilities
  • Excellent presentation skills, capable of translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives
  • Basic project management experience, with the ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well across diverse teams
  • Experience in marketing or creative production settings nice to have 
  • Certifications in project management (such as PMP) or financial management are a plus
  • Language: Fluent in English
