In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing content insights and optimizing campaign touchpoints across various markets. You will support onboarding new brands and countries, develop taxonomy standards, and drive initiatives to improve content performance. Your work will contribute to building a robust content insights framework that supports strategic decision-making and campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Content Insights project by improving content performance through taxonomy and tagging standards
  • Ensure readiness of dashboards for performance tracking and plan future enhancements such as expanded views and correlation modeling
  • Maintain consistent and complete tagging of content, identify areas for improvement, and implement remedial actions
  • Facilitate onboarding of new stakeholders and integrate business-specific values into taxonomy structures
  • Define requirements for expanding taxonomy to new channels and trigger platform readiness discussions
  • Drive regular reviews of content insights dashboards, identify learnings, and recommend short- and long-term improvements
  • Coordinate with Martech teams to finalize training plans, system readiness, and taxonomy attributes
  • Deliver a comprehensive content enablement roadmap and support training efforts

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in content insights and taxonomy development
  • Strong knowledge of content tagging principles and related systems
  • Excellent project coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and facilitate stakeholder engagement
  • Preferred: experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries, familiarity with Martech tools, analytical mindset, and strong communication skills
