In this role as a Laboratory Technician specializing in Process Analytics, you will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and troubleshooting of existing and new online, inline, and at-line process analysis systems. Your work will primarily adhere to cGMP guidelines, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct maintenance and installation of new online, inline, and at-line process analysis equipment
Ensure the high availability and safety-compliant installation of process analyses
Focus on the calibration and adjustment of existing standard measurement systems
Collaborate in the professional, timely, and economical planning and execution of new installations and/or maintenance activities
Perform and document all GMP activities in accordance with established documents and instructions
Work closely with other departments, including EMR, Operations, and Quality Assurance (QA)

Your Profile

Completed training as a Chemical-Biological Laboratory Technician or Chemical Technician (EFZ)
Interest in electronics, fine mechanics, and some knowledge of computer science
Enthusiastic about analytical measurement systems
Experience with GMP qualification is an advantage
Hands-on skills in independently building analysis systems and cabinets
Operational experience in a chemical/biotechnology (GMP) facility is preferred
Ability to work independently, meticulously, and reliably
Strong team player.
