In this role, you will support an organization or department by providing essential administrative services. You will assist management with various administrative tasks, including tracking and compiling relevant information. Additionally, you will prepare different reports that detail the administrative information managed by the position. Your responsibilities will also include reading and responding to correspondence, and you may handle confidential information.

Requirements

  • Commercial employee or similar training
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Flexibility and the ability to work independently are essential
  • Responsible and precise work ethic
  • Excellent organizational & IT skills
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Good communication skills, assertiveness, strong personality & ability to learn quickly
  • Languages: Excellent written and spoken skills in German & English
