Our client is a leading independent biopharmaceutical company and the pioneer in RNA interference (RNAi) therapeutics – a revolutionary approach to treating diseases which “silences” the genes that cause or contribute to them.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of the local strategic brand plan and financial forecasts in cross-functional collaboration 
  • Ensure flawless implementation of the German TTR plan in line with the CEMEA TTR plan and in cooperation with cross-functional stakeholders in the CEMEA region
  • Develops conference content and materials, maximizing the opportunity provided by virtual platforms
  • Implement the omnichannel communication plan (digital & print)
  • Plans and organizes external events with HCPs and nurses
  • Prepares educational material  (digital & print) directed to physicians, patients and nurses
  • Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and compliance stakeholders to ensure compliant development and execution of marketing initiatives
  • Take ownership of the review process to ensure marketing materials are cleared for promotional use and secure final production
  • Foster regular exchange with the field force to continuously support execution in the field
  • Leverage best practices from within the commercial organization and continually foster learning from industry best practices
  • Demonstrate excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple projects and priorities 
  • Represent the German affiliate when participating at international team meetings  with focus on tactical execution



  • University degree in a related field or comparable educational background

  • 5+ years’ experience, thereof min. 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry 
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical product management and/or sales is required.
  • Hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility for operational topics
  • Proven track record in project management and effectively managing multiple projects/priorities
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in rare diseases, cardiology or neurology is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Experience in digital technologies/ tactics is a plus
  • Pronounced resilience, positive and solution focused thinking and acting
  • Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders (internal/external) to achieve the objective
  • Organized with systematic approach to prioritization
  • Process orientated to achieve the business objective
  • Sense of urgency, ethics, and responsibility 
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time locally and internationally
