To strengthen the presence in Germany, our customoer is looking for a committed and motivated leader to execute our commercial strategy, manage and drive day to day activities, and expand our presence in the market.


Location: Within Germany, 100% Remote



Strategy execution and reporting

  • Develop execution plan to optimize value levers in Germany (tender and non tender business)

  • Develop and execute product launch strategy, including marketing, inventory, contracting, and pricing

  • Conclusion and management of open house contracts with monthly reports

  • Planning and implementation of marketing activities 


Commercial and ops management

  • Tender monitoring of public tenders and current tender calendars

  • Preparation of tender offers

  • Pricing strategy and maintenance in Lauer Taxe

  • Tracking and monitoring discount settlements (Rabattabrechnungen) for tenders and open house contracts 

  • Create monthly reports and tracking of tenders won


Stakeholder management

  • Planning and Co-ordination of product launches

  • Managing customer relationships with wholesalers and sick funds

  • Interface with logistics service providers (incoming goods, customer orders, returns, destruction, reporting)

  • Demand planning and close cooperation with production and logistics in India

  • Close cooperation and coordination with the finance department in India to ensure timely payments and monthly reporting



  • Master degree in a relevant field (e. g. Pharmacy or Health Economics)

  • Long-standing professional experience in the field of Tender Management, especially within the German pharmaceutical market

  • Should have strong understanding of business strategy, P&L management, and current industry trends

  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing impactful business strategies

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Strong communication skills, teamplayer as well as a results-oriented and independent working
