Job Purpose

As part of the role, you will collaborate closely with the EMEA Marketing Manager to drive growth of the designated product in the EMEA region. This involves crafting and implementing a commercial action plan that aligns with the brand strategy. Your responsibilities also include creating and executing impactful Omnichannel plans, contributing to the development of the assigned product's Brand Plan, and ensuring adherence to the company's principles and standards.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Co-lead the development of the commercial action plan and execute projects based on the brand plan to achieve business objectives
  • Contribute proactively to cross-functional core brand team meetings, ensuring the deployment of the commercial tactical plan in close collaboration
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects incl agency relationships, contracting of third parties, leading Veeva review process
  • Leading impactful market insight generation projects with an innovative Omnichannel approach
  • Lead EMEA commercial projects, campaigns, and congress presences
  • Develop partnerships with external stakeholders to drive competitive advantage
  • Provide marketing expertise, market insights, and customer needs to the core brand team
  • Support the development of the cross-functional business plan for EMEA
  • Accountable for the EMEA collaborate call meetings with countries and functional networks 
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and uphold the companies values

Professional & Personal

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Life Sciences (BA/BSc or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated record of accomplishments in pharmaceutical sales or marketing
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in English required
